J. Kretschmer Architect

J. Kretschmer, Architect: Art & Architecture was founded by Jennifer Kretschmer, AIA in 2003. Jennifer is both an architect and an artist. Educated at the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) where she studied both art and architecture and earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.ARCH), she then interned at two architectural firms completing the Intern Development Program (IDP) before becoming a licensed architect. Jennifer holds an NCARB certificate (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards). She is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Her commitment to service to her community has resulted in serving boards, committees and commissions including the AIA California Council, AIAS, AIA Santa Clara Valley, Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society, Gallery Saratoga, LGUSD Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee, and the Art Docents of Los Gatos to name a few.
